I began
fitness contests at the young age of
18, and am still going! I owe all
of my interest and success to Kenny
Kassel and Charley Stossel for
getting this naive Wisconsin girl
started in this super fun sport.
Standing on a stage half naked in
high heels was not exactly a
Shana-type thing to do; but through
the years I realized that this sport
is much more than a beauty pageant.
The hard work, successes, and let
downs have kept me going.
I hope to
one day become a national champion.
